Demi-Permanent Midnight Blue Black | Tutorial | Ion Color Brilliance Video

This is a video of me dying my hair blue black with a demi-permanent hair color. Since my hair is low porosity it doesn't take well to semi-permanent and i can't stand the dripping. And i wanted to avoid the damage of a permanent color that has ammonia in it. So i opted for a demi. Demi permanents use a low developer 10 to slightly open the cuticle and deposit color on top of your natural hair color and won't alter or change your natural hair color underneath. It washes out in 26 washes. I love it it is super black with a blue tint just in time for fall/winter!
