(1:16) 1. What Serves You?

Sometimes doing what is best means letting the things that aren't helping you fall away.
(3:30) 2. Eliminate.
Create a list of what you have on your plate and eliminate what isn't serving your higher goals. You will actually accomplish more and have less anxiety. Taking on too much and saying yes too often can create overwhelm and self sabotage. Decompress and figure out how to refine your processes and habits to streamline your life.
(4:21) 3. Make a List!
What is creating your anxiety? Write it all down on paper! List it out and access what you are capable of and what you can delegate.
(5:19) 4. What the heck is a Dirty Yes??
Learn to have Clean Nos and Dirty Yeses. When you say yes to someone and you KNOW you don't have the time -- it doesn't work! Learn how to shift over to a good clean NO sometimes when you need to.
