Olivier Mokaddem est le directeur de l’agence de recherche utilisateur et de stratégie consommateur Fast & Fresh. La particularité de cette agence est que la moitié de ses effectifs est constituée de sociologues et de psychologues, dont le métier est de comprendre ce dont les consommateurs ont réellement besoin. Une approche innovante et quelque peu atypique qui a séduit de grands groupes comme AccorHôtels, qui a fait plancher les équipes de Fast & Fresh sur son nouveau concept hôtelier Jo&Joe, ou encore le groupe Samsonite pour sa marque Lipault. Pour Olivier Mokaddem, les entreprises qui, aujourd’hui, considèrent encore que ce sont elles qui imposent ce qu’elles veulent aux consommateurs, se trompent. Pour lui, « l’entreprise n’est qu’un outil sur le chemin des utilisateurs pour arriver quelque part. Aux usagers de se saisir, ou pas, de la valeur d’un objet et d’une marque. »
