Ingredients

For Manchurian Balls

2 cup finely chopped cabbage
2 cup finely grated carrot
2 tbsp all purpose flour ( maida)
½ tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp green part of spring onions
Salt to taste
¼ tsp chinese salt

For Manchurian Gravy

3-4 Finely chopped garlic Cloves
1 tbsp finely chopped cabbage
1 tbsp green part of spring onions
1 finely chopped onion
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp tomato ketchup
½ tsp red chilli sauce
1 tsp corn flour

Method

1 Take a bowl , add all the ingredients of Manchurian Balls mix it well.

2. Make a dough with all the ingredients with water as required.

3. Heat a kadhai with oil , when oil gets hot high we fry all the balls until it gets golden brown in colour.

4 . Add water in 1 tsp corn flour .

5. Heat a pan add oil in it.

6. When oil gets hot add garlic Cloves onions fry it until it gets light golden brown in colour.

7. Add cabbage in it and saute it.

8 Add all the sauces ( soya sauce, red chilli Sauce and tomato ketchup) in it .

9. Add corn flour paste in it. After pouring corn flour paste continuously move spatula bcoz it gets thick, add water as required .

10. Boil the gravy 3- 4 min on medium flame

11. Add Manchurian Balls in it , boil it with gravy 2-3 min . Add spring onions and mix it well.

Serve it hot
