EXERCISE NUMBER 1: SLIDE GRIP CURLS
Pay attention to the technique and the tempo with this. I'm holding the dumbbell in a different position, sliding it all the way down to my finger tips!
You will get bigger biceps with this simple trick. Do 8-10 reps slow and controlled.
EXERICSE 2: Dumbbell Spider Curl
Pay close attention to the TEMPO on this exercise, and focus on pausing at the top and going slow on the eccentric portion of the rep.
EXERCISE 3: incline DB Curls
Press your scapula and shoulder blades BACK before starting this exercise. Rotate your wrists OUTWARD and CHASE THE PAIN as much as you can.
EXERCISE 4: Db Hammer Curl (Tri-Set)
Focus on the technique and tempo with this. Slow and controlled reps and squeezing the bicep with full activation!
