I wanted to elaborate a little bit more on the Unisom & b6 that I was taking. I took it pretty much through my entire first trimester (starting on the day that I got really sick). It helped with my nausea tremendously! And the reason I know it was working is because I stopped taking it thinking my symptoms had gone away on their own and 24hrs later I was hunched over the toilette again. I was finally able to stop taking it at week 16. Even though both of these medicines are over the counter, make sure you check with your doctor first :)
