Dosa batter - 12 laddle
Potato - 1/4 Kg
Onion - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
Green chillies - 2
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Coriander leaves - 1 sprig
Garam masala - 1/2 tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tspn
Bengal Gram - 1/2 Tspn
Asafotida - 1/4 Tspn
Lemon Juice - 1/2 Tspn
Black gram - 1/2 Tspn
Mustard seeds - 1/4 Tspn
Salt - 1 Tspn
Oil - As needed
First boil the potato and peel the skin.
Mash the potatoes.
Add 3 tspn of oil,
add mustard seeds,
Once the seeds pop out then add black gram and
bengal gram.
Now add onion sliced lengthwise.
Add ginger garlic paste once the onion turned transparent.
same time add asafotida
Saute it until the ginger garlic smell goes away.
Now add curry leaves and green chillies and saute it.
Add little water
Add turmeric powder, garam masala and salt and mix it well.
Now add mashed potato and saute it
Cook it for 2 minutes with the lid closed.
Now sprinkle coriander leaves and squeeze the lemon into it.
Now the masal is ready.
Take 1 1/2 laddle dosa batter and spread it.
Sprinkle little oil.
Now spread the masal over dosa.
cook for 2 minutes
Now it is ready.
