(UPDATE: A new blackout has occurred during this live stream at 9:50pm. Some reports from Venezuela say this new blackout could be as bad as the March 7 nationwide blackout.)

The new power outage in Venezuela began at around 1pm today, and is affecting as many as 16 of 23 Venezuelan states. The Caracas Metro stopped working, and as in the previous major blackout two weeks ago many workers had to walk home. It's not clear when power will be restored.
