What do you do with your arms when you are performing? Our hands tend to wander about when we get nervous and they can give away our anxiety. Many actors struggle with figuring out what to do with their hands and their arms.

In this video, I offer some advice and tips on ways you can reduce awkwardness on stage and give yourself something to do with your arms. We look at why acting teachers ask you to remain still while performing and how to use your body more naturally when acting.
