Hello friends and welcome back! So the other day I helped Alex film one of her videos and I but up a MAJOR HUNGER! I needed some quick and easy food to save the day so I decided to try out Jamies 15 minute meals!

Turns out I’m no celebrity chef and things are not always as they appear on the telly! I tried my luck anyway and there were kitchen disasters, fires and high stress all around but thankfully I managed to get something edible out of the whole mess!So if you want to see what it’s like to try and keep pace with a celebrity chef then dive into this marvellous recipe with me and try to keep up!
