Today In amma chethi vanta we prepared a simple and tasty Diwali sweet recipe Bombay Karachi halwa/Cornflour Halwa.You can prepare it very easily but need to take more time to get correct structure and taste.In order to get chewy structure you need to cook it maximum 1 hour in low heat after adding Cornflour mixture then only you will get rubber & chewy structure.I forgot to tell you that add 2 Tsp of lime juice at the end.
