Our "Clean Up Song" teaches the topic of cleaning up, helping children understand that at the end of every activity, it is necessary to put everything in its place :).
Like our "Good Morning Song" and "Good Bye Song", this "Clean Up Song" is written to help with classroom management (kindergarten, preschool, elementary school, early ESL classes), but it might also be great for parents at home!
For ESL and EFL teachers:
The song is written as a simple call and response song where the kids repeat the phrases "It's time to clean up" and "Time to tidy up".
During the breakdown parts, they also review the names of every day objects, as well as practice the phrase "Put the ... away."
Mother Hen also repeats the expression "I like to ...." in the verses.
