If like me you have a computer with an SSD Drive this fills up very quickly. iTunes will backup your Phone to the C: drive which could be your SSD drive. This Video shows you how to easily change the Backup folder to be on your D: Drive where there will be lots more space available.

If you want to change the drive and folder name then just change it for what you want.

Text for iTunes location (lurgs will be your UserName):
C:\Users\lurgs\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync

Text for the Command Prompt:
MkLink /J "%AppData%\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup" "D:\MobileSync\Backup"

To everyone having problems
1. If you installed iTunes from the Microsoft App Store, your location path will be "C:\Users\Gaurav\Apple\MobileSync"
2. If you installed iTunes from apple.com or the web, your location path will be "C:\Users\Gaurav\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync"

So if you're number 1 it's gonna be MkLink /J "C:\Users\Gaurav\Apple\MobileSync\Backup" "D:\MobileSync\Backup"
If you're number 2 it's gonna be MkLink /J "%AppData%\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup" "D:\MobileSync\Backup"

Make sure you already have a folder named Backup inside of a folder named MobileSync in the drive you want iTunes to store it's backup in (D, E, F, etc.) before running the command prompt.
It should look like this D:\MobileSync\Backup

Jan 2019 If you are still having problems creating folder at CMD, try enter this command,
MkLink /J "%UserProfile%\Apple\MobileSync\Backup" "D:\MobileSync\Backup"
