This is an edited version of our regular Saturday morning ride along Melbourne's 'famous' Beach Road. This workout is similar to others, but has more varied intervals over the longer 75 minute duration. Three sets, with the final set being three short power intervals of around 40 seconds, with less than 30 seconds recovery.
