Hey so i mini chopped my hair in February due to some heat damage, getting rid of the remainder of my layers from my big chop, as well as cutting a big chunk of the black dye i had from 2 years ago. It was 13.5 inches prior to cutting and 9 inches after the cut. Today, 6 months later in August, my hair is 11.5 inches long. That is about 1.5 past my armpits. I got a trim in mid May taking about .25-.5 of an inch off. I plan on dusting my ends overall again in October. In the video I said I would do another length check 6 months from now. But I actually plan on doing a length check once I get to 14 inches, which i predict will be either February 2017 or March 2017. 14 inches in my next milestone in my journey. That will be the longest my hair has ever been as an adult.
