Maggi masala seivathu eppadi or Maggi masala street style is very easy to make.
குழந்தைகளுக்கு புடுச்ச நூடுல்ஸ் (Maggi masala Seivathu eppadi)இந்த மாதிரி செஞ்சு குடுங்க வேண்டாம் னு சொல்லவே மாட்டாங்க.ஸ்கூல் ல இருந்து வந்ததும் குடுங்க விரும்பி சாப்பிடுவாங்க .
Prepare this yummy and delicious maggi masala street style and make your child happy this weekend.
Ingredients required:
Maggi masala or aany noodles-3 packets
Onion-2
Tomato-2
Green chili-1
Coriander leaves -some
For seasoning:Cumin seeds
For masala:Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds powder-1/2 tsp
Salt -as per taste
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Oil-3 tsp
Procedure to prepare this maggi masala:
1.Take a pan and pour 3 tsp of oil
2.Add cumin seeds and onion
3.Let it suate for 2 mins
4.Now add green chili and green peas
5.Add turmeric powder,Chilli powder .Jeera powder,Coriander powder
6.Mix them all well
7.Add tomaotes and saute for 2 mins
8.Then add little water to cook green peas
9.Then add water and maggi masala to it.
10.Add noodles of your choice and let it cook for 7 to 10 ten mins
11.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
