Hi friends i am Yasmin Huma Khan today i'm gonna show you how to make Ande ka Qorma | Anda Korma Recipe.

(Ingredients)

Ande (Eggs) = 7.

Piyaaz (Onion) = 2 big size fine chopped.

Tamatar (Tomatoes) = 2 big size and make fine paste.

Kashmiri Red Chilli = 2.

Ginger Garlic Paste = 1 table spoon.

Lal Mirch Powder (Red Chili Powder) = 1 tea spoon.

Dhaniya Powder (Coriander powder) = 2 table spoon.

Haldi Powder (Turmeric Powder) = 1/4th tea spoon.

Namak (Salt) = 1 tea spoon.

Laung (Cloves) = 6.

Kali Mirch (Black Pepper) = 12.

Hari Elichi (Green Cardamom) = 3.

Kali Elichi (Black Cardamom) = 30 g.

Zeera (Cumin Seeds) = 1/4th tea spoon.

Daalchini (Cinnamon Stick) = 2-3 piece.

Dahi (Curd) = 2 table spoon.

Hari Mirch (Green Chilli) = 3.
