Hi friends i am Yasmin Huma Khan today i gonna show you how to make Mutton Kofta Curry a very tasty and easy recipe.

(Ingredient)


(FOR KOFTA)


Mutton Keema = 500 g.

Hara-Dhaniya (Coriander Leaves) = 1 Bowl.

Hari Mirch (Green Chilli) = 3-4.

Onion = 1 medium size.

Ginger and Garlic Paste = 2 table spoon.

Bhune Chane = 1 small bowl.

Kaju = 10-12

Lal Mirch Powder (Red Chili Powder) = = halt tea spoon.

Dhaniya Powder (Coriander powder) = halt tea spoon.

Garam Masala Powder = half tea spoon.

Salt = 1 tea spoon.


(FOR GRAVY)


Onion = 1 big size.

Dahi (Curd) = 100 g.

Lal Mirch Powder (Red Chili Powder) = 1 table spoon.

Kali Mirch (Black Papper) = 8.

Laung (Cloves)= 6.

Hari Elichi (Green Cardamom) = 1.

Kali Elichi (Black Cardamom ) = 1.

Zeera (Cumin Seeds) = 1 tea spoon.

Salt = 1 tea spoon.

Dhaniya Powder (Coriander powder) = 1 and halt table spoon.

Haldi Powder (Turmeric Powder) = 1/4 tea spoon.

Daalchini (Cinnamon Stick) = 2 inch piece.

Oil = 200 ml.
