INGREDIENTES

250 gramos de mantequilla
140 gramos de azúcar
2 cucharaditas de esencia de vainilla
1 yema de huevo
480 gramos de harina

ELABORACION

Acremar la mantequilla junto con el azúcar incorporamos la esencia de vainilla la yema y movemos bien por ultimo el harina tamizada se refrigera la masa por espacio de una hora antes de trabajarla se saca se extiende se corta la galleta y se lleva al refri ya cortada por otra media hora después se hornean a 180 grados por espacio de 20 minutos aproximadamente se sacan del horno se dejan enfriar en la charola para poder retirarlas y que no se desbaraten.
