INGREDIENTES
1 kilo de harina
150 gramos de manteca de cerdo
1 pizca de sal
1 pizca de royal
6 a 7 tomates verdes de tamaño chico molidos con media taza de agua tibia y pasados por un colador
3 huevos
150 gramos de azúcar.
PROCEDIMIENTO
En un recipiente ponemos el harina la sal el royal los huevos el azúcar, manteca de cerdo, y agregamos el agua de los tomates verdes y comenzamos a amasar hasta formar una masa como si fuera para tortillas de harina por un lado podemos tener agua tibia por si nos hiciera falta de igual manera podemos ocupar un poco de mas harina. dejar reposar la masa por espacio de media hora.
una vez reposada la masa agarramos porciones deceadas y extendemos con la ayuda de un palote y freímos en abundante aceite a que doren por un lado y después por el otro y listo.
Para la miel
1 taza de agua
1 tronco de piloncillo
3 guayabas
1 raja de canela
PROCEDIMIENTO
Poner al fuego el agua y el piloncillo con la canela una vez que se forme la miel a fuego lento agregamos las guayabas y dejamos de 5 a 10 minutos dejamos enfriar y quedara una miel deliciosa para los buñuelos.
