Ingredients:
Raw Banana-1 (big)
Chilli & Coriander powder- 1 tsp (Mixed Powder)
Coriander Power - 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 pinch
Salt - for taste
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 to 1 1/2 tsp
Crushed garlic - 4 to 5 pieces
Rice Flour - 1 tsp
Coconut Oil - 2 to 5 tsp
Oil - 4 to 8 tsp
Serve With Curd Rice, Sambar Rice or Rasam Rasam.
