INGREDIENTS

300gm chickpeas soaked overnight and
Pressure Cooked till three
whistle.
4 medium size onions grated
2 medium size tomatoes cut into small
Pieces
2 green chillis cut into pieces
2 inch ginger to make paste
12to 14 cloves of garlic to make paste
Make a fine paste of garlic and ginger
Corriander leaves 1 bowl
Some dry whole masala including
1 dry whole red chilli
2 bay leaves
2 black cardamom
3 cinnamon stick
2 cloves
8to 10 black pepper
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2tsp termuric powder
1/2tsp chilli powder
2 tsp corriander powder
1tsp jeera powder
1tsp garam masala
3to 4tsp chole masala powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala or amchur powder
Salt as per taste
3-4 tbsp of any cooking oil
Water is required to make gravy
