NEW CITY of KIBZTOPIA! | Cities Skylines Lets Play Ep.1 (2019, All DLC) Video

Starting a new City in Cities: Skylines on the workshop map Caldera! This Cities Skylines lets play will include all DLC for the game up to the new Industries DLC and whatever new ones come out in 2019 as well. This will be lightly modded as well, like Vanilla +, with just the most basic and essential Cities Skylines mods to improve the game. As we being our city, I'll go over how I plan my road layout, discuss how the future of our city will look, discuss highway plans, and of course get our city started!
