1 çay bardağı sıvı yağ
istenilen miktarda turşuluk acı biber (varsa)
2 yemek kaşığı tuz
pulbiber veya toz kırmızı biber (eğer yeterince acı biberiniz yoksa)
Hazırlanışı:
Bütün malzemeler yıkanarak biberlerin içi temizlenir.
Azar azar hepsinden rondoya alınarak hepsi rondodan geçirilir.
Bir tencereye alınarak kapağı açık şekilde pişmeye bırakılır.
Bu arada 1 çay bardağı sıvı yağ da eklenir.
Tencerede suyunu çekene kadar pişirilir (3-4 parmak kadar seviyesi aşağı ininceye kadar kaynatılır).
Tuz ve isteğe göre pul biber (eğer acı biberiniz yoksa) eklenebilir. Acı miktarını kendinize göre ayarlayabilirsiniz.
Suyunu çektikten sonra sıcakken kavanozlara koyarak ağızları iyice kapatılır.
Ters çevrilerek soğuyuncaya kadar beklenir ve serin ve güneş olmayan bir rafta saklanır.
Açıldıktan sonra kesinlikle buzdolabına kaldırıp en fazla 3-4 gün içinde tüketmenizi öneririm.
