Brinji rice or Brinji Sadam is flavoured rice prepared with Basmati rice and lots of vegetables.Traditional method is using coconut milk with flavored masalas.But i prepared this brinji rice without coconut milk.prepare this yummy brinji rice flavoured with garam masalas and veggies in your home for dinner or for lunch.
Before preparation:
Soak basmati rice for atleat 30 mins.
Grind ginger garlic paste in prior.
Cut all required vegetables.
