Hi friends i am Yasmin Huma Khan today i'm gonna show you how to make Achari Aloo Katli.
(Ingredients)
Aloo (Potatoes) = 3 big size.
Tamatar (Tomatoes) = 2 big size.
Zeera (Cumin Seeds) = Half tea spoon.
Zeera for Bhagar = Half tea spoon.
Ginger and Garlic Paste = 1 table spoon.
Sadub Dhaniya (Coriander Whole) = 1 tea spoon.
Haldi (Turmeric Powder) = Half tea spoon.
Oil = 100 ml.
Saunf (Fennel seeds) = 1 tea spoon.
Sabud Lal Mirch (Red Chilli) = 6-7.
Nakam (Salt) = 1 tea spoon.
Kalonji (Black Onion seeds) = 1/4 tea spoon.
Methi seeds (Fenugreek seeds) = 1/4 tea spoon.
Heeng (Hing) = 1 pinch.
Pili Rai (Yellow Mustard Seeds) = 1 tea spoon.
