New York authorities have lost track of over 1,300 dangerous knives seized from retailers in 2010 as part of a crackdown on retailers selling such knives. The program was used to justify aggressive prosecution of New York's controversial gravity knife law that was marked by dysfunction and never completed, according to documents from the office of Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance, Jr. We look at the story on the Lip News with Jackie Koppell and Nik Zecevic.
