Mini Cheddar Meat Loaves!

* 2lbs ground beef
* 2-3 eggs
* 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
* 1/2 package of Onion soup mix (optional)
* 1/4 cup milk
* 1 large onion
* 2 - 3 tablespoons minced garlic
* salt and pepper
* 1 tablespoon garlic powder
* 1 tablespoon season blend (I suggest mrs dash)
* 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
* 1 to 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs

Sauce:
1 3/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mustard
1 to 1 1/2 cups brown sugar



Preheat oven to 350•


To start, dice your onion and sauté with seasonings. When half way done, add garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Add sautéed onions to ground beef. Add onion soup mix (optional), cheese, milk, eggs, and bread crumbs. Combine. Make "hamburger patty" sized loaves and place on baking sheet.
Bake 50-60 minutes.
