The Taiwanese jiggly cake craze has hit Singapore ever since with the opening of Le Castella with people Q ing over 5 hours for it.
Another brand of the jiggly sponge egg cake called Ah Mah Homemade Cake has opened in the west with Qs comparing with Le castella.
I had spent nearly 2 hours queueing for it! I quite admire their work, while I was Qing they had some bad batch which they didnt sell to customers so can say they have QC check.
The smell of them reminds me of this high protein 'bread' I used to bake called oopsies, so maybe its good for those looking for a high protein snack
