【起用理由】
なんといっても、美しい歌声です。彼女のあの歌声の美しさは、気高いまでの優しさを感じさせてくれ、『コウノドリ』で描かれる女性の、母親の、生まれてくる小さな命を優しく包み込んでくれるぬくもりある愛情や思いに寄り添ってくれると思いました。
そんな言葉に出来ない感情を描いていくこのドラマでは、彼女のあの歌声が、それを視聴者に伝えていく力になってくれると思い、主題歌をお願いすることにしました。
完成した楽曲は、しっかりとしっとりと、その私達の思いが結実している名曲になりました。

「奇蹟」という言葉には言葉以上の力があって、人に伝えようとすると足が竦みます。
きっとそれって人は奇蹟を望み、求めるし、奇蹟に期待するからかもしれません。だから口にしたり文章にした途端、軽く感じてしまったり、嘘っぽく感じてしまう。だから使うのが怖い。
でも奇蹟って本当は凄く単純な事で、大好きな人や家族と一緒に綺麗な景色見るだとか、ただ手を繋いで歩くだとか、笑顔につられて微笑んでしまうとか、、そんなありふれた日常の中の、ありふれたコトなんじゃないかなと僕は思っています。
この歌を初めて聴いた時、きっと彼女はそんな何気無い日常の出来事を「奇蹟」という歌にしたのかな、という印象を受けました。
Uruさんの優しくて透明な声が好きです。
ジャケットの絵は目の前に綾野さんの写真を置き、Uruさんの優しい歌声を聴きながら描かせて頂きました。当分お二人の優しさに恋しそうです。笑

「コウノドリ」の主題歌を歌わせて頂ける事になり、すごく感慨深く、嬉しく思っています。
歌詞を書きながら、命が生まれる奇蹟や、それを大切に想う気持ち、それら全てと一緒に生きていくということもまた奇蹟なんだという事に気付けました。たくさんの方にこのドラマのメッセージが伝わるような曲として届いたら嬉しいです。
