1.Brokolileri ne çok büyük ne de çok küçük olacak şekilde çiçeklerini ayırın.
2.Bir tencereye koyun ve üzerini 1 parmak geçecek kadar su ekleyin.
3.Limon suyu ve 2 çorba kaşığı tuzu ekleyerek kaynamaya bırakın.
4.Brokoliler pişerken sık sık kontrol edin.
5.Çok pişerse dağılır ve servis yapmanız zor olur daha da önemlisi vitamin değeri azalır. Bu nedenle brokoliler yumuşayınca ocaktan hemen alarak suyunu bir süzgeçle süzün ve servis tabağına alın.
6.Brokoliler soğurken üzeri için yoğurtlu sosu hazırlayalım.
