3-4 adet salatalık turşusu
Konserve mısır

Hazırlanışı;

1.500g kadar Brokoli dallarına ayrılarak uygun bir tencerede 4dk boyunca haşlanır.
2.Haşlanan brokolilerin suyu süzülerek soğumaya bırakılır.
3.Brokoliler soğuduktan sonra daha küçük parçalara ayrılır.
4.Brokolilerin üzerine 1 kutu konserve mısır,3-4 adet közlenmiş ve doğranmış kırmızı biber,3-4 dal yeşil soğan,kornişon turşu,2 diş rendelenmiş sarımsak,1 adet limonun suyu zeytinyağı ve son olarak tuzu eklenerek salata karıştırılır.
5.Malzemeler güzelce harmanlandıktan sonra brokoli salatamız servise hazır.
