Watch this KETTLEBELL SUMO DEADLIFT TUTORIAL so you will know exactly how to do this lower body strength training exercise with proper technique. Today Human 2.0 coach Emma Bissonnette is teaching you the KETTLEBELL SUMO DEADLIFT which is a variation of a regular deadlift and great exercise to include in your fitness programming and routines. The sumo deadlift is best done with either a kettlebell or a dumbbell. In this example, Emma will use a kettlebell to do it. She will also provide tips for how to do the kettlebell sumo deadlift for any level and ability, giving options and progressions for beginners and for those who are more advanced.
Strength training - either with weights or just using your bodyweight - is an important part of any fitness program. The kettlebell sumo deadlift is a particularly a good exercise - as are most deadlifts - because they are functional and they teach you physical literacy and coordination, as well as proprioception skills that you need for daily living, like when you need to pick anything heavy up off the floor.
With the kettlebell sumo deadlift, you will develop lower body strength (think quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, glutes), core strength, and hip, knee, and ankle mobility. This exercise is good for so many things.
Incorporate the kettlebell sumo deadlift as a lower body strength training exercise into your fitness routine today. Don't be afraid to give it a try! Make sure you do what Emma suggests, and warm up well beforehand (activating the core, glutes and hamstrings) and do whatever progression is right for you, whatever progression you can do with proper form through an entire set. Only increase the difficulty or weight once you have mastered the first progression. Stay tuned for more great workout tutorials. We will be adding to our exercise library at least a few times a week.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vKhK2ahKXOsAbout the Site π
This site provides links to random videos hosted at YouTube, with the emphasis on random. π₯
Origins of the Idea π±
The original idea for this site stemmed from the need to benchmark the popularity of a video against the general population of YouTube videos. π§
Challenges Faced π€
Obtaining a large sample of videos was crucial for accurate ranking, but YouTube lacks a direct method to gather random video IDs.
Even searching for random strings on YouTube doesn't yield truly random results, complicating the process further. π
Creating Truly Random Links π οΈ
The YouTube API offers additional functions enabling the discovery of more random videos. Through inventive techniques and a touch of space-time manipulation, we've achieved a process yielding nearly 100% random links to YouTube videos.
About YouTube πΊ
YouTube, an American video-sharing website based in San Bruno, California, offers a diverse range of user-generated and corporate media content. π
Content and Users π΅
Users can upload, view, rate, share, and comment on videos, with content spanning video clips, music videos, live streams, and more.
While most content is uploaded by individuals, media corporations like CBS and the BBC also contribute. Unregistered users can watch videos, while registered users enjoy additional privileges such as uploading unlimited videos and adding comments.
Monetization and Impact π€
YouTube and creators earn revenue through Google AdSense, with most videos free to view. Premium channels and subscription services like YouTube Music and YouTube Premium offer ad-free streaming.
As of February 2017, over 400 hours of content were uploaded to YouTube every minute, with the site ranking as the second-most popular globally. By May 2019, this figure exceeded 500 hours per minute. π
