3 dilim bayat ekmek içi
Tuz, karabiber, kimyon
Sosu için :
1 yemek kaşığı biber salçası
1 yemek kaşığı domates salçası
2 su bardağı su
Hazırlanışı;
1.Köftesi için 300 g kıyma,1 adet rendelenmiş soğan,1 adet rendelenmiş sarımsak,yarım çay bardağı ekmek içi,yeteri kadar tuz,1 çay kaşığı karabiber ve 1 çay kaşığı kimyonu uygun bir kapta yoğuralım.
2.Köfte harcımızdan ceviz büyüklüğünde parçalar kopararak top şeklinde yuvarlayalım.
3.Köftelerimizi az yağda çevirerek kızartalım.
4.4 adet doğranmış patates,5 adet doğranmış patlıcan ve 8 adet doğranmış yeşil biberide kızgın yağda hafifçe kızartalım.
5.Fırın kabına kızarttığımız patates ve patlıcanlarımızı yerleştirelim.
6.Üzerlerine köftelerimizi dizelim.
7.Kızarmış biberleri,küp küp doğranmış 2 adet domatesi ve 4 diş sarımsağıda yerleştirelim.
8.Sosu için uygun bir kapta 1'er yemek kaşığı biber ve domates salçası,tuz,karabiber ve 2 su bardağı sıcak suyu karıştıralım.
9.Son olarak yemeğin üzerine hazırladığımız sosu gezdirelim.
10.Önceden ısıtılmış 200°C fırında yaklaşık 20-25 dk pişirelim.
11.Yemeğimiz servise hazır.
