Yaptığımız köfteleri ve patatesleri hafif yağda çevirdikten sonra tepsiye yada borcama dizerek, üzerine domates ve biberle süsleyerek salçalı sosu ile fırına veriyoruz. Fırında Köfte Patates;

2-3 adet yeşil biber
2 adet domates
sıvı yağ
1.5 yemek kaşığı domates salçası
Köftesi için;
yarım kg kıyma
1 adet kuru soğan
2-3 diş sarımsak
1 adet yumurta
yarım su bardağı kadar ufalanmış bayat ekmek içi veya galeta unu
tuz
karabiber
pul biber
Hazırlanışı;
1.Köfte harcı için 1 adet soğan,2-3 diş sarımsak ve 1 adet yumurtayı rondodan geçirelim.
2.Yoğurma kabına 500 g kıyma,soğanlı karışım,tuz,karabiber,pulbiber ve yarım su bardağı galeta ununu ilave edip yoğuralım.
3.Malzemeler güzelce karışınca köfteleri şekillendirerek uygun bir tabağa alalım.
4.Kızgın sıvıyağda 2-3 adet dilimlenmiş 2-3 det patates ve hazırladığımız köfteleri hafifçe kızartalım.
5.Bütün köfte ve patatesleri üzerine 1,5 su bardağı sıcak su ve 1,5 yemek kaşığı salça ile hazırladığımız sosu gezdirelim.
6.Domates ve biber ile süsleyerek önceden ısıtılmış 180°C fırında yaklaşık 25 dk pişirelim.
7.Fırında nefis köfte ve patateslerimizi pilav eşliğinde servis edebilirsiniz.
