Şimdi gelelim kuru köfte nasıl yapılır?
1.500 g az yağlı kıyma yoğurma kabına alınır, 2 adet rendelenip suyu sıkılan kuru soğan, 1 adet yumurta, 1 su bardağı kuru ekmek, yarım çay kaşığı karabiber,
yarım çay kaşığı kimyon ve tuz eklenerek köfte harcı yaklaşık 10-15 dk yoğrulur.
2.Ardından buzdolabına kaldırılarak en az 2 saat dinlendirilir.
3.Köftelere yassı olmayacak biçimde üzerine çok bastırmadan şekil verilir.
4.Bol sıvı yağ kızdırılır İlk olarak patatesler kızartılarak fazla yağını çekmesi için havlu kağıt serdiğimiz tabağa alınır.
5.Ardından aynı yağ ile köfteler kızartılır. Kuru köftelerimiz servise hazır.
