1 adet soğan
3-4 diş sarımsak
1,5 çay bardağı kurutulmuş bayat ekmek ( ya da galeta unu)
1 adet yumurta (isteğe bağlı)
Maydanoz (genellikle ızgara köftede tercih edilmez ama biraz kullanabilirsiniz)
Baharatlar (pulbiber, karabiber, kimyon, yenibahar ve isteğe bağlı diğer baharatlar)
Yarım çay bardağı sıvı yağ
Tuz
Hazırlanışı;
1.Yoğurma kabına 750 g kıyma alınır.
2.Üzerine rendelenmiş 1 adet soğan ile 2-3 diş sarımsak,1 adet yumurta,1,5 çay bardağı kurutulmuş bayat ekmek,Pulbiber,karabiber,Köfte harcı, tuz ve isteğe bağlı olarak ince kıyılmış maydanoz eklenir.
3.Köfte harcı sert ise yarım çay bardağı kadar sıvıyağ ilave edilir.
4.Yumuşak bir harç hazırlanır.
5.Harçtan küçük parçalar alınarak el ile şekil verilir.
6.Tüm harca şekil verildikten sonra 2 saat kadar buzdolabında bekletilir.
7.Daha sonra ızgarada pişirerek servis edebilirsiniz.
