Yarım çay bardağı galeta unu
1 adet rendelenerek suyu sıkılmış soğan
3 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ
1,5 tatlı kaşığı tuz
1 tatlı kaşığı karbonat
1 tatlı kaşığı limon suyu
1 küçük çay bardağı su
Hazırlanışı;
1.Karıştırma kabına 600 g kıyma,yarım çay bardağı galeta unu,1 adet rendelenmiş ve suyu sıkılmış soğan,3 yemek kaşığı sıvıyağ,1,5 tatlı kaşığı tuz,1 tatlı kaşığı karbonat ve 1 tatlı kaşığı limon suyu ilave edip yoğuralım.
2.Üzerine 1 küçük çay bardağı suyu yavaş yavaş ilave ederek 5 dk yoğurmaya devam edelim.
3.Hazırladığınız köfte harcının üzerine streç film ile örterek buzdolabında 1 gece bekletelim.
4.Beklettiğimiz harcımızı yağlı kağıt arasında merdane ile açalım.
5.Bıçak yardımıyla uzun ince dikdörtgen şeklinde keselim.
6.Kızartma tavamıza 4-5 yemek kaşığı sıvıyağı alalım.
7.Isınan yağımıza köftelerimizi bırakıp çevirerek arkalı önlü kızartalım.
8.İnegöl köftelerimiz servise hazır.
