Mantının tanımı eski Osmanlı kaynaklarında içinde koyun kıyması,sirke vs. bulunan yoğurt ve sumak ile servis edilen yemek olarak geçmektedir.Yani büyüklerimizden miras kalmıştır bu yemek.
Günümüzde de çok sevilen ve doyurucu olan mantı farklı farklı şekillerde yapılmaktadır.Tadı gayet lezzetli olan mantımızı birde bizim tarifimizle denemeye ne dersiniz ? :)
Mantı Yapımı İçin Gerekli Malzemeler;
3 su bardağı un
1 su bardağı ılık su
Tuz
1 adet yumurta
İçi için:
250 g az yağlı kıyma
1 adet orta boy soğan
Karabiber
Pul biber
Tuz
pişirmek için:
Tereyağı
2 yemek kaşığı salça
Üzeri için:
Sarımsaklı Yoğurt

Hazırlanışı;
1.İlk önce mantının hamurunu hazırlamak için genişçe bir kaba 3 su bardağı unu,1 adet yumurtayı,tuzu ve 1 bardak ılık suyu ekleyerek hamuru yoğuralım.
2.Diğer taraftan 1 adet soğanı rendeleyin.üzerine kıymayı,pulbiberi ve karabiberi de ekleyerek biraz yoğuralım.
3.Yoğurduğumuz hamuru bezeler haline getirelim ve her bezeyi ayrı ayrı oklava ile açalım.
4.Açtığımız hamurları kare kare keselim.
5.Kestiğmiz hamurların içerisine kıymadan kopararak kotalım.
6.Hamurların 4 köşesinide bir araya getirerek birleştirelim ve şekil verelim.
7.Kaynayan suya hamurları atalım ve yaklaşık 20 dk kadar pişirelim.
8.Diğer taraftan bir tavada tereyağını eritelim ve domates salçası koyarak kavuralım.
9.Kavurduğumuz salçayı pişmekte olan mantının içine koyarak karıştıralım.
10.mantıları 5 dk daha pişirerek ocaktan alalım.
11.Pişen mantımızı tabaklara alarak üzerine sarımsaklı yoğurt gezdirelim ve isteğe göre baharat ekleyerek servis edelim.
