[日式家常菜] 筑前煮 Simmered Chicken And Vegetables [by 點Cook Guide] Video

雞腿肉 280g Chicken thighs
芋頭 200g Taro
牛蒡 50g Burdock Root
甘荀 180g Carrot
蓮藕 120g Lotus root
冬菇 4pcs Shiitake Mushroom
蒟蒻 130g Konnyaku
四季豆 8pcs Green bean
水 500ml Water
豉油 75ml Soy Sauce
味醂 60ml Mirin
砂糖 1tbsp Sugar

1.雞腿肉切件備用、蓮藕洗淨切小片、冬菇去蒂、芋頭洗淨去皮切件、牛蒡洗淨切片、甘荀洗淨切件、蒟蒻切小塊、四季豆洗淨去蒂切半
2.混合水、豉油、味醂及砂糖備用
3.雞肉略炒香，盛起備用
4.加入牛蒡、甘荀、蓮藕、冬菇及蒟蒻，利用鍋中剩下的雞油稍微拌炒
5.把已混好的湯汁加入鍋中，加蓋中火煮二十分鐘
6.加入芋頭再煮十分鐘
7.最後加入雞肉及四季豆煮五分鐘即成
