1 demet kıyılmış maydanoz
fırın kabını yağlamak için;
sıvı yağ

Üzerine;
rendelenmiş kaşar peyniri

Hazırlanışı;
1.Makarnalar tuzlu suda hafif diri kalacak şekilde haşlanır.
2.Suyu süzülür.
3.Bu sırada sos malzemeleri geniş bir kabın içinde karıştırılır.
4.Makarnalar ilave edilip güzelce karıştırılır.
5.Yağlanmış fırın kabına boşaltılır.
6.190 derece fırında üzeri kızarmaya başlayıncaya kadar pişirilir.
7.Daha sonra fırından alınıp üzerine rendelenmiş kaşar peyniri serpilir ve tekrar fırına sürülür, peynirler eriyip kızarınca fırından alınarak 15-20 dakika dinlendirilip servis edilir.
8.Dilerseniz içine de kaşar peyniri kullanabilirsiniz, hatta severseniz dereotu da doğrayabilirsiniz.
