Tereyağlı erişte
1.Uygun bir tencereye 3 yemek kaşığı tereyağı ve 1 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ alınır,
2.Tereyağı eridikten sonra 3 su bardağı erişte tencereye eklenir ve eriştelerin rengi dönene kadar kavrulur.
3.Kavrulan erişteye tuz eklenir ve 1 litre kadar eriştelerin üzerine çıkacak kadar sıcak su dökülür,
4.Karıştırılarak tencerenin kapağı kapatılır ve erişteler yumuşayana kadar pişirilir,
5.Erişteler piştikten sonra 10-15dk demlenmeye bırakılır,
