Ingredients :
1 cup Besan flour (Chickpea flour)
1.5 cups of Sugar
1 cups of water
some Raisins
1 tbsp ghee/clarified butter

Directions for Boondi ladoo Recipe
Step 1: Into a mixing bowl add besan / Chickpea flour and water. Make a lump free smooth batter
Step 2 : Fry the boondis in hot oil .
Step 3:To make sugar syrup melt 1.5 cups of sugar add 1 cup of water and bring it to 1(one thick string) string consistency. The consistency of sugar syrup is very important.
Step 4: Roast some raisins in 1 tbsp of Ghee / Clarified butter
Step 5 : Combine the fried boondis , nuts and sugar syrup together
Step 6:Make boondi laddu

If the boondis stick to your hand apply some ghee to your palms to avoid stickiness.
