Onion   - 2 nos, medium sized, sliced

Garlic chopped   - 3 tbsp

Tomato     - 1, big sized, sliced

Turmeric powder      - 1 tsp, leveled

Coriander powder    - 2 tsp, heaped

Pepper powder         - 2 tsp, levelled + 1 tbsp

Kashmir chili powder   - 1 tsp, leveled

Fennel seeds / perumjeeram   - 1 tsp

Fenugreek seeds / uluva    - half tsp

Salt


To season

Shallots            - 4 nos, chopped

Curry leaves     - few sprigs

Coriander leaves    - few, chopped
