3.3 yemek kaşığı sıvıyağ ve doğranmış 2 adet soğanıda ilave edip kavuralım.
4.2 yemek kaşığı domates salçası,yeteri kadar tuz,karabiber ve pulbiberide ekleyip karıştıralım.
5.Ardından yarım su bardağı sıcak suyuda katıp yaklaşık 10 dk kadar pişmeye bırakalım.
6.Ciğer sotemiz servise hazır.
