2.5 cups of water
a pinch of sea salt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
pinch of ground cinnamon
1/4 cup of mixed dried fruits (raison, currants, orange peel, lemon peel, apricot)

少許玉桂粉
1/4杯乾果（葡萄乾、黑加侖子、橙皮、檸檬皮、杏脯）
