مواد لازم
دو دانه تخم. که سرد نباشه
یک گیلاس شکر
نیم گیلاس روغن مایع
دو گیلاس شیر ( نیم گرم )
شش گیلاس آرد سفید ساده
یک قاشق غذاخوری خمیرمایه
نمک کمتر از نیم قاشق چایخوری
برای چرب کردن روی کلچه
یک دانه زردی تخم و دو قاشق شیر ضرورت است
و برای تزیین کلچه از سیاه دانه و خاش خاش
درجه حرارت داش 350 و 180 مدت پختن 35 دقیقه و یا تا وقتکه روی کلچه شکل طلای را به خود بگیره
طرز تهیه
در یک ظرف کلان تخم و شکر را انداخته مخلوط کنید وبعد روغن را اضافه کنید همرای خمیر مایه ونمک و بعد دو گیلاس شیر را اضافه کنید و باز آرد را کم کم اضافه کرده خمیر کنید خمیر را به مدت پنج دقیقه خوب ورز بدهید همرای آرد باز داخل کلچه ورقی میاید و بعد خمیر را به مدت دو ساعت استراعت بدهید و بعد ازاینکه خمیر رسید زغاله ها را همرای کارد دندانه دار شکل بدهید و روی کلچه هارا همرای یک سرپوش بوتل دیزاین بدهید و همرای تخم و شیر که قبلا آماده کرده بودید به روی کلچه برس کنید همرا با سیاه دانه و خاش خاش و بعد پخته کنید
