Authentic Stuffed Brinjal Masala with English Subtitles / Bharleli Vangi / Baingan| Easy to make Video

Ingredients :

12 small Brinjals
1 cup of chopped coconut
2 chopped Onions
3 chopped Tomatoes
Ginger-Garlic pieces
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp Konkani masala
( Instead of Konkani masala We can make use of 1 tbsp Red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp Coriander seeds powder and 1/2 tbsp Garam masala )

Procedure :

In a kadai, Fry Onion, Coconut, Garlic, Ginger in Oil, fry it till it gets gloden color,
add tomato, and fry for 3-4 minutes,

now remove it in a plate and after it gets cool, we need to grind it and make paste of it by adding 1-2 tbsp water.
add Coriander leaves too at time of grinding

Take it in a separate bowl, add red chili masala powder and Salt in it, Mix it.

slice brinjals in 2 parts, and add this masala paste in brinjals.
In a kadai, add 3-4 tbsp Oil, add 2-3 tbsp finely chopped Onion in oil, now add all brinjals in Oil and cover it with lid and cook for 2 minutes,
add remaining masala paste on this brinjals by adding 1-2 tbsp Water in that paste.

Cover it with lid and cook it on low flame for 10 minutes.
after brinjals get cooked, our dish is ready.
