Fried rice is a Chinese rice dish of steamed rice which is stir fried along with vegetables and sometimes with sauces. We can make vegetable fried rice, chicken fried rice, shrimp fried rice, egg fried rice like so. Egg fried rice is a variation of fried rice with egg and vegetables which can be made even in a jiffy if we have rice which is prepared ahead. For making perfect fried rice, the key ingredient is the rice only. It is very important that the rice for fried rice must be cooked perfectly. Moreover for fried rice, i highly recommend my viewers to use rice which is prepared ahead and kept in the refrigerator. Like so, do not soak the rice more than 20 minutes. You must wash and rinse the rice thoroughly and must remove the starch from the rice before cooking. Hope this video will surely help you to prepare the perfect restaurant style fried rice at home.
