Belfast City Hall is the civic building of Belfast City Council that is located in Donegall Square, Northern Ireland. There is a long history behind this building which first opened in 1906 after a couple of years from the time Queen Victoria granted Belfast the name of a city and was then decided that there must be a building to reveal this new given name.
Since the RMS Titanic ship that sank back in 1912 is an Irish ship that was built in Northern Ireland, there are some places built as a memory for this ship and those victims who died on it.
